Football, basketball, baseball, or hockey. Switching sport reloads the board and resets roster and scoring to that sport's defaults.
Regular season is weeks 1 through the week before this. Default 15. FAAB 0 is rolling waivers.
Team names
What the board columns, the clock and the report call each
team. Leave one blank and it stays its slot number.
Platform and league id
Where this league actually lives. Stamps the saved row so a Yahoo league and a
Sleeper league do not look the same. No site is contacted — you are telling us.
After the first winning bid, dollars recompute from remaining budget over remaining VOB.
Priced keepers occupy a slot and spend. Your max bid is what leaves $1 for every empty slot.
Before any bid, the numbers are a startup split — labelled estimate. You assign every winner;
there is no clock seat. Positional inflation is an EWMA of paid versus model, applied to
remaining prices; the remaining dollars still sum to remaining budget.
Boom-bust players climb the board. Start/sit still reads the optimal lineup; it is not a call.
For a league whose rosters you already know — ESPN, Yahoo, a keeper sheet.
Opens Build the league. The live board stays the pick path.
Keeps the players you have typed and turns this into a real league — seats,
a draft board and standings. Your roster becomes your team in it.
Sport settings
Points uses the sport's scoring map. Categories scores a z-sum over the league's category list.
Daily lock: set a lineup for each game day. Weekly lock: one lineup for the scoring period.
Yahoo weekly IP minimum and optional IP/GP caps. Empty means no cap.

Basketball has no residual; football still applies the feed residual so points
Sleeper knows but does not expose stay intact.
Keepers
Keepers are a subset: some players stay, each paid for with a draft round.
Dynasty is a different type — the whole roster is kept, and this draft is the
startup or the rookie class. Switch the type on League.
Dynasty
A dynasty roster cannot be valued without knowing what it is FOR — the same
30-year-old is a starter to a contender and a depreciating asset to a rebuild.
The type is set on League. The stance below is how the window is valued, not
whether anyone is kept: everyone is. Win now is who to buy over a short window.
Hold suggests nothing. Later stretches the window. The recommended stance reads
your lineup rank when the room is known, future firsts in the middle third,
and your roster's ages otherwise; hold stays a choice. Future picks print as a
range over the round, never a point, and live as inventory you can trade.
Surplus prints against Sleeper dynasty ADP when that column is on the board.
The age curve is a stated prior. Dynasty ADP shrinks a copy toward the market
by mark count; the age curve itself is never rewritten.
Aggression

How far the board is willing to disagree with the room.
0 ranks players roughly the way everyone else is drafting them — you will
never reach, and never catch a bargain either.
1 ignores where players are going and ranks purely on value, which finds the
biggest edges but will have you taking someone two rounds before anyone expects it.
0.5 is the default and what you want unless you have a reason.
The market is sharp more often than any one drafter is, so treat a big gap as
news you might not have before treating it as free value.
The header rail, the clock cell and every draft button already turn green the
moment you are up, and orange the rest of the time. These two are for when this
tab is not the one you are looking at — the browser tab title carries a ▶ marker
either way. Vibration is Android-only; iOS Safari ignores it.
Surplus is dark by default — a board on screen for four hours is easier to
read that way, and it is the palette every number on it was contrast-checked
against. Tick this for the light one; it is remembered on this device and
applies before the first paint, so there is no flash either way.
The desk ring is quiet on purpose: a 27-inch perimeter is a lot of lit glass.
Tick this when the board is on a TV or projector so whose pick it is reads from
the couch. Same TV setup either way.
Bot opponents
Practice mock
A sandboxed rehearsal of this exact league — same scoring, slot and keepers,
bots in every other seat, and every Pro number unlocked while it runs. Your
real draft is stashed the moment it starts and restored when you end it, from
the Mock button on the toolbar or the amber MOCK strip. Other seats pick only
inside a mock — they no longer draft on this board.

In-season reminders
Sent by the browser, not by email — we do not have your address and do not
want it. The text is encrypted to a key your device generated, so the push
service that carries it cannot read it. Turning all three off deletes the
subscription.
