1. Open surplus.football Press Open the board if you want the paid columns as a first taste. The free board is already there with no account — Pro cells lock until you sign up free.
2. Set the league, or import Sleeper Teams, slot, scoring, and roster shape — or one Sleeper username does the setup.
3. Record picks as they happen Type a name, press Enter. Undo is the safety net. There is no confirm dialog.

What “guest” means here

A guest is anyone who opens the board without signing in. Picks, league setup, and the queue are saved in this browser, not on a server. Closing the tab does not erase them; another phone or laptop does not see them.

There is no invite URL and no shareable room. If you want someone else to use Surplus, send them surplus.football. They get their own guest board in their own browser.

What it prices
