Best for: Projecting a shared board to a TV while owners pick from their own devices.
Room: Clicky Draft’s public positioning is the shared party board: TV or projector, plus owners picking from a phone, tablet, or computer.
Value: Not positioned as a board that prices every pick in projected points and VOB.

Different jobs

If the question is “which free board prices the pick,” the answer is Surplus. If the question is “which free board is built for a TV party with remote owners on the same room,” Clicky Draft’s free tier is the one built for that job.

Surplus can sit on a TV — HDMI or cast the tab — but it does not sync a shared room across owners. It is not built as multi-owner party software. Pick it to price the board, not to run the room.
